Terry began
her fitness career more than 25 years ago. Studying to be a dancer in New
York City, she
became
certified with the International Dance and Exercise Association (IDEA) and
taught her first Aerobic Dance
Class at a popular NJ
Health Club, where she worked for 5 years before relocating to St. Louis.
Terry has stayed current with
all of the new trends in the fitness industry over the years. Throughout
this time she has taught aerobic classes, dance aerobics, cardio-kickboxing,
and “Stretch’ Tone” classes. She is currently teaching Mat Pilates,
Stability Ball Pilates and offers specially tailored Pilates classes and
private sessions, which especially benefit individuals with limited range of
motion. Terry is also certified as a Personal Trainer and works with
individuals to achieve their goals.
In addition, Terry is
certified with Interactive Fitness Trainers of America (IFTA), C.O.R.E, and
National Endurance Sports Trainers Association (NESTA). She continues
to expand her qualifications.
Terry’s enthusiasm for
fitness as the key to a healthy and vital life has not diminished over the
years. She energetically demonstrates the many benefits of staying fit at
any age.
