The Pilates Studio, privately owned by Terry Frare, is located within Fitness in Motion (FIM), an elite personal training studio and fitness center conveniently located near Westport Plaza in Saint Louis, MO.  Membership with FIM is not required; however, many of our clients take advantage of the affordable membership for a well-rounded health and fitness lifestyle.  Along with her own exercise tools in The Pilates Studio, Terry is able to utilize FIM's state-of-the-art equipment for her personal training sessions, guaranteeing fun, creative and results-oriented workouts.
